American Airlines Headquarters - Trinity Campus

Austin Commercial has selected DynaTen as the mechanical contractor for the new American Airlines Headquarters located just south of DFW Airport, and just minutes away from DynaTen's office. This project consists of four, seven story office buildings with a connecting atrium, and a centralized "Town Square and Dining Facility".

Medical City Dallas Bed Expansion and Renovation

Brasfield & Gorrie General Contractors has selected DynaTen as the mechanical contractor for the Medical City Dallas Bed Expansion and Renovation. This project consists of 72,000-square-feet of renovations to the existing hospital and a 157,000-square-foot vertical expansion to an existing tower.

Children's Medical Center Dallas

DynaTen has been awarded several projects at Children’s Medical Center by DPR including the 4th and 5th floor renovations. Work will start April 2014.

Texas Health Resources Integrated Health Campus

DynaTen has been awarded the THR Willow Park project by Ridgemont. The 50,000-square-foot building consists of a one story ED and two floors of MOB space. Construction will start in December 2013 and finish September 2014.

Plaza Sky Mirror at Cowboy Stadium

DynaTen has been awarded the fountain work for the Dallas Cowboys Sky Mirror project. DynaTen will be installing all fountain piping and equipment. The project is starting now and will be completed for the opening of the Cowboy’s season.

Harris Southwest 4th Floor Renovation

The project consists of two floors of renovation including nephrology and hemodialysis areas. DynaTen is performing the project with Balfour Beatty Construction.

Texas Health Southwest Medical Office Building

DynaTen has been awarded the HMSW MOB by Skiles. The 84,000-square-foot building consists of three floors. Constructions starts July 2013 and will be completed by May 2014.

United Surgical Partners International Park Place Hospital

Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors has selected DynaTen as the mechanical contractor for the United Surgical Partners International Park Place Hospital of Fort Worth. This 80,000-square-foot addition hosts a two-story surgical hospital across 5.2 acres. The plan currently consists of ten operating rooms, 34 flex PreOp and PACU spaces, two exam rooms, four ICUs, and multiple lab rooms; additionally, 27 private patient rooms will be located on the 2nd floor. Construction will begin in July and is scheduled to be completed in one year.

Irving Convention Center Hotel

Mortenson Construction has selected DynaTen as the mechanical contractor for the Irving Convention Center Hotel. The hotel is approximately 250,000 gross square feet and will be 11 stories tall. Full-service amenities will include a main ballroom, junior ballroom, meeting spaces, restaurant and bar, fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool. A sky bridge connecting the hotel to the existing Irving Convention Center and a 300-car parking garage will be included in the scope. Construction is scheduled to begin in November of this year and be completed in April of 2015.

Emerus Emergency Hospital

MEDCO Construction has selected DynaTen as the mechanical contractor for Emerus Emergency Hospital in Keller. The project consists of the construction of a new, two-story building of approximately 40,000 square feet, including a licensed hospital on the ground floor and shell office space on the second floor. The project started February 2013 and will be completed October 1, 2013.

Baylor Waxahachie Replacement Hospital

MEDCO Construction has selected DynaTen as the mechanical contractor for the new regional replacement hospital, Baylor Medical Center, at Waxahachie. The project is comprised of a five-story bed tower with 99 patient rooms, a two-story diagnostic and treatment area, and a detached central plant. The 45-acre building site is part of a 50-acre medical development located at the intersection of IH35E and Highway 287 in Waxahachie. This 250,000-square-foot facility is intended to achieve LEED-certified status. Construction will start in April 2013.

Methodist Dallas Medical Center Trauma and Critical Care Tower

Austin Commercial, Methodist Hospital, and other members of the selection committee have chosen DynaTen as the mechanical contractor for Methodist Dallas Medical Center Trauma and Critical Care Tower. This project includes construction of a new six-story trauma and critical care tower and expansion of the existing emergency department. "Methodist recognized the economies available by combining projects for procurement of commodity items and belief in the IPD process,” Scott Brady, P.E., said. “We appreciate the confidence Methodist continues to show in DynaTen."

Methodist Richardson Medical Center Bush/Renner Hospital

Rogers O’Brien, Methodist Richardson Hospital, Perkins and Will, and other members of the selection team have chosen DynaTen as the mechanical contractor for Methodist Richardson Medical Center Bush/Renner Hospital. The project consists of a new 120-bed hospital addition to the existing Hospital that is currently on the Bush/Renner Campus. The construction will include approximately 284,000 square feet, including approximately 20,000 square feet of renovation to the existing Emergency Department, and a new central plant that will serve the existing and new hospital. “We are thrilled to follow up the Charlton Methodist patient room remodel project with this major hospital project following the Integrated Project Delivery design and construction process,” Scott Brady, P.E., President of DynaTen, said. “This is a substantial project that we expect to further validate the success to be realized using the IPD process.”

Harris Fort Worth Emergency Department for Texas Health Resources

Balfour Beatty has selected DynaTen as the mechanical contractor for the new Harris Fort Worth Emergency Department for Texas Health Resources on the downtown Fort Worth Campus. This new building will be a 140,000-square-foot home for the emergency department at Harris. The program includes a centralized sterile department for the entire campus. “We are pleased to continue providing quality mechanical system installations for THR using the Integrated Project Delivery process,” Scott Brady, P.E., said. “The refinement of the technique through completing two previous projects for THR will streamline the process offering additional value to the owner.”
