Mark Nyquist, PE

Mark Nyquist received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Kansas State University in 1980. He began his career as a design engineer with I.A. Naman + Associates of Houston. In 1982, Mark left the consulting engineering profession and began work with the McIntosh Company of Tulsa, a design-build mechanical contractor. In 1986, Mark accepted a position with Natkin and Company in Dallas as a Project Manager and later as Chief Estimator. At that time, Natkin was the largest mechanical contractor in the United States. In 1991, Natkin named Mark the Regional Manager of operations in Texas and Oklahoma. In 1993, Mark accepted a position with JWP Brandt Engineering as Operations Manager.

Having worked with Mark before at Natkin, James Kleinkauf of DynaTen asked Mark to join the company as COO in 1994. Mark served as the COO until 2004 when he and Scott Brady bought the company and he assumed the role of Chairman and CEO.

Mark is a licensed engineer in the states of Texas and Oklahoma. He is the Chairman of the Board of DynaTen Corporation, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of TEXO and the Board of Directors for the COMPGROUP AGC.
